Small Task definition
Small Task means any request for Services made by the Customer to the Supplier (whether by telephone, email or otherwise) where:

Invoicing of Small Tasks will always be carried out on time and material basis also if the hours actually consumed would increase the estimated 30 working hours per Small Task.
Each individual Small Task will, from the moment it is initiated, be considered as an individual Work Order and a separate Delivery that will be governed by the terms and conditions of the MSA, whether or not a reference thereto is made in the individual Small Task.
