Small store definition

Small store means a retail or wholesale establishment that sells goods or provides services to consumers and occupies under four thousand square feet of retail or wholesale space, excluding storage space, and is not one of a chain of stores.
Small store is defined as a store with less than $15,000,000 in annual revenue and fees shall be as follows:
Small store means a store that operates solely in Colorado, has three or fewer locations in the state, and is not part of a franchise, corporation, or partnership that has physical locations outside of Colorado.
