Small Power definition

Small Power meaning electricity supplied by means of the underfloor electrical distribution system and (b) electrical power for ceiling lighting, which in both cases shall be all in the amounts metered; Declaring that the foregoing shall not be comprised within the Service Charge;
Small Power means motive power not exceeding 1 H.P. but if the sum of total motive power exceeds 1 H.P. in a premises the same will not come under category of small power.

  • Seller will not make any changes in its ownership, control, or management during the term of this Agreement that would cause it to not be in compliance with the definition of a Small Cogeneration Facility or Small Power Production Facility provided in PacifiCorp’s Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule approved by the Commission at the time this Agreement is executed.

  • The point where the electric energy first leaves the wires or facilities owned by the Cooperative and enters the wires or facilities provided by the member is the “Point of Distributed Energy Resource Connection, i.e. PoC).” Cooperative and Member agree to interconnect the Generator at the PoC in accordance with the Cooperative’s Member Requirements for Installation and Interconnection of Small Power Generation Systems, as well as the Cooperative’s Rules which are incorporated herein by reference.
