small port definition
small port means a port which is part of the comprehensive network but whose total annual cargo volume, either for bulk or for non-bulk cargo handling, does not exceed 0.1% of the corresponding annual cargo volume handled in all maritime ports of the European Union where the reference amount for this total volume is the latest available three-year average, based on the statistics published by Eurostat(6); and
