Small Parcel definition

Small Parcel means smaller boxed items that weigh 100 pounds or less and can be moved without assistance. For the avoidance of doubt, and without limitation, Small Parcel may be shipped through a variety of packages including envelopes or box packaging.
Small Parcel means any development project which involves land-disturbing activities of less than one acre and adds less than five thousand square feet of impervious surface.
