Small Farmers means family farmers and Organizations with common interests, legally constituted in accordance with the Borrower’s and the Guarantor’s law, whose Farmers’ Business Initiative has been found eligible in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Project Operational Manual, and that have applied for financing and have received or are to receive a Grant under a Grant Agreement to be executed under Component 1 of the Project.
