Small Dog definition
Small Dog means a dog that, when fully grown, does not or will not weigh more than 15 kilograms or be greater in height than 55 centimetres. For the purpose of this by-law, the height of a dog is to be measured while the dog is standing on a level surface on all of its legs, with the height to be calculated from the surface on which the dog is standing to the top of the dog's withers.
Small Dog means a dog breed with full grown adult weights ranging between 2 and 22 pounds.
Examples of Small Dog in a sentence
The use by RENTER or any of its licensees or invitees of any part of the premises (Parking area, Large or Small Dog areas) of OWNER other than the Training/Agility Area to the exclusion of the general public is prohibited, unless specific arrangements have been made prior to the use period (see Schedule).
The Large Dog Park will be approximately 2 1/3 acres and the Small Dog Park will be approximately ½ acre.
Animals are not allowed in rental units unless the Property is designated explicitly as Small Dog Friendly.
However, it is recommended dogs smaller than 25 pounds use only the Small Dog Area.
The Large and Small Dog Parks will be designed to accommodate future shade structures for guest use.
