Small-Cap definition

Small-Cap means entities with a market capitalisation of $2 billion or less at the point of initial investment and $3 billion or less at the time of subsequent investments (or equivalent in the relevant local currency at the point of initial investment). In addition, entities that are not Small Cap at the point of initial investment (i.e., entities with a market capitalisation of greater than $2 billion at the point of initial investment) may be re-classified as Small Cap if such entities subsequently have a market capitalisation of $2 billion or less*.
