Small Business Support Program means a program established pursuant to an intergovernmental agreement between PDC and TriMet, separate from this Grant Agreement, for the purpose of providing technical and financial assistance to small businesses located in the vicinity of the Mall that are negatively impacted by the construction of the Project.
