City shall pay or transfer to TriMet $843,686 no later than July 15, 2008 to be spent in accordance with a PDC-TriMet Intergovernmental Agreement on the Small Business Support Program.
The City General Fund shall pay $843,686 to TriMet for the Small Business Support Program to be implemented by an intergovernmental agreement between TriMet and PDC.
Funds remaining in the Small Business Support Program at the time the program is terminated by TriMet and loan repayments made after the date on which the program is terminated by TriMet shall be administered in the manner set forth in the Small Business Support Program agreement between TriMet and PDC.
The Parities acknowledge that TriMet may advance funds to the Small Business Support Program prior to the City’s payment under this subsection 6.1.8, and that TriMet will be reimbursed from the $843,686 provided by the City under this subsection 6.1.8 for any finance costs incurred by TriMet or interest earnings lost by TriMet that result from TriMet’s advancement of funds to the Small Business Support Program.
