SLT Executive definition

SLT Executive means a senior management employee who directly reports to the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Cree, Inc., excluding any administrative or executive assistants or other non-managerial employees, has been informed in writing by the CEO that he or she is eligible for participation in this Plan, and has executed a Participation Agreement on the form provided by the Company.
