  • No transfer or assignment of this agreement by the Site Contractor is valid without the prior written consent of SLGA, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

  • It is prohibited to bring personal alcoholic beverages with the except of retail wine or champagne onto the premises • There are two bar options available to guests:  All wine and champagne brought on premises must be purchased through SLGA and you must have purchase “No Sale” permit and leave it with Harbor Golf Club & Resort.

  • If such permission is granted, the Renter must arrange for Special Occasions Permit from SLGA Liquor Store.

  • The Site Contractor shall be entitled to no other remuneration with respect to services supplied pursuant to this Agreement except such amounts by way of commission based upon a percentage from time to time established by SLGA (which, at the time of execution is 15% of the value of gross play less Winnings) paid to Site Contractor at such intervals as may be determined by SLGA.
