Sleeve Documents definition

Sleeve Documents means, collectively, the Working Capital Agreement, the Reimbursement Agreement, the Parent Services Agreement and all other agreements (including the agreements entered into in respect of the PJM Retail Business) delivered in connection with the Reimbursement Agreement.

Related to Sleeve Documents

  • Operative Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Guarantee Agreement, the Notes and the Trust Securities.

  • Lease Documents has the meaning set forth in the Basic Servicing Agreement; provided that such definition shall refer only to lease documents related to Leases allocated to the 2016-A Lease SUBI.

  • Financing Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Note, the Security Documents, the Account Control Agreement and any other agreements, documents or certificates delivered pursuant hereto or thereto.

  • Related Agreements shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to the Administration Agreement.

  • Lessee Documents Has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(b) of the Participation Agreement.
