SLEA definition

SLEA means a Service Level Execution Agreement as described in Article 5.4.
SLEA means the supplier level execution agreement entered into between NASTECH and P&GP which is a non-binding agreement outlining details and expectations of the parties hereto associated with but not limited to production planning, customer service, problem solving procedures, and similar activities, as may be amended, modified, extended or supplemented from time to time.
SLEA has the meaning set forth in Section 4.11.

Examples of SLEA in a sentence

  • In unusual cases, teachers may request an extension to be approved by Human Resources and the SLEA President or designee, if the employee has applied for Long Term Disability.

  • Where the employee works 40 ordinary hours per week the Council shall add to the employee’s SLEA 2 hours per week.

  • During negotiations, at least bi-weekly, a mutually agreed negotiation update shall be sent out by both the board’s negotiation team and SLEA to all interested parties.

  • The Building Oversight Committee will include no more than three (3) teachers appointed by SLEA and no more than three (3) representatives from the Board, including the Director of Special Education and the building principal.

  • Teachers shall either elect to join the Association and pay the periodic (S.L.E.A., M.E.A., N.E.A.) dues, or teachers may elect not to join the Association and not pay dues.

  • LEA means a local education agency, including local school boards/public school districts, charter schools, and, for purposes of this rule, the Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind.

  • Fat wood means pieces of wood kindling with high naturally-occurring levels of sap or resin which enhance ignition of the kindling. “Fat wood” does not include any kindling with substances added to enhance flammability, such as wax-covered or wax-impregnated wood-based products.

  • Boathouse (NR 115.03(1h)) means a permanent structure used for the storage of watercraft and associated materials and includes all structures which are totally enclosed, have roofs or walls or any combination of these structural parts.
