PBD Plan definition
PBD Plan means the final PBD site plan and related plans and specifications approved by and on file with the Township, attached as Exhibit B.
Examples of PBD Plan in a sentence
To the extent that developing the property in accordance with the PBD Plan will deviate from the Township Zoning Ordinance or any other ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation of the Township, currently in effect or which may be adopted in the future, the Township shall be deemed to have granted, and hereby grants, all such deviations.
The conditions attached by the Township Board for approval of the PBD Plan, as listed on Exhibit C attached hereto, are incorporated into the Township’s PBD approval.
Any breach of this Agreement, the PBD Plan, or any other document governing the development shall constitute a nuisance per se which shall be abated.
