SLA Period definition

SLA Period means Service Level Agreement Periods that is a full calendar month starting on the first (1st) of each month.

Examples of SLA Period in a sentence

  • Client may exercise its right to reduce its monthly subscription fees for IBM Phytel Outreach Cloud Service in order to achieve the ROI Service Level , measured on the last day of the SLA Period.

  • During the Transition Period, Executive shall continue to perform his current duties and responsibilities as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Company Secretary, and during the SLA Period, the Executive will focus his efforts on transition of his duties and responsibilities by making himself available as needed from time-to-time as directed by the CEO (collectively, the “Duties and Responsibilities”).

  • In the event of such a termination, the Company will pay or provide the Executive (or his estate, as applicable): (i) his Base Salary for the remaining balance of the Transition Period and SLA Period; (ii) any vested benefits as of the date of the termination under this Section 3(b); (iii) any unreimbursed business expenses incurred in accordance with Sections 2(d) and 2(e); and (iv) any unpaid portion of the Transition Bonus.

  • Base Service Level Agreement (SLA) Payment – The amount of the Payments withheld during the SLA Period in accordance with Section 4.2 that the Contractor is entitled to based on its performance of the SLAs.

  • SLA Period for Order acknowledgement and handover: Final SLA to acknowledge receipt of the Order and to keep the Product ready for handover for delivery shall be intimated by Paytm Ecommerce.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, “Transition Date” shall mean the earlier of: (a) December 31, 2019; (b) the date the Company appoints a new General Counsel; (c) the date of the Company’s written request that Executive begin the SLA Period; or (d) the date that the Executive and the Company mutually agree to begin the SLA Period.

  • Each Party will work in good faith to achieve the final SLAs that are equal to or better than the Default SLAs. The failure by a Party to meet the initial SLAs [redacted] during the Initial SLA Period shall not be considered a Category III Default Failure for purposes of imposing penalties or determining the number of Category III Default Failures that have occurred in a rolling twelve-month period as set forth in the SLA Compliance Measurement and Penalties section hereunder.

  • The SLA Rights are Client’s sole and exclusive options for an SLA Penalty should the ROI not meet the ROI Service Level on the last day of the SLA Period.
