In the case of a conversion of an SL Security in the form of a Global Security, such written notice shall include a certification therein that the beneficial owners delivering such written notice are holders that hold beneficial interests in the SL Securities subject to conversion.
Any such withdrawal by a Holder of SL Security shall not be subject to the Withdrawal Limit and such withdrawal shall not count against the Withdrawal Limit.
