SL Documents definition

SL Documents means and include the SL Participation Agreement and each of the other Operative Agreements (as such term is defined in Annex A to the SL Participation Agreement) as in effect on the Effective Date and as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof and thereof.

  • On the Effective Date, (i) the SL Documents shall have been amended on terms and conditions, and pursuant to documentation, reasonably satisfactory to the Agents and the Required Banks, (ii) the Administrative Agent shall have received true and correct copies of all documentation evidencing such amendment, and (iii) the SL Documents, as so amended, shall be in full force and effect and no default or event of default shall exist thereunder.
