Sky Group means Sky and its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings (unless otherwise stated);

Sky Group means Sky and any legal entity that: (a) is a direct or indirect parent or subsidiary undertaking of Sky as defined in s1162 of the Companies Act, 2006 (as amended); or (b) directly or indirectly: (i) is Controlled by Sky, (ii) Controls Sky, or (iii) is under substantially common Control with Sky.

Examples of Sky Group in a sentence

  • Licensee shall comply with (i) the Brand Guidelines that are in force as at the date of this Licence and (ii) any changes to the Brand Guidelines made by Licensor after the date of this Licence to the extent such changes apply equally to the “Sky” branded businesses retained by the Sky Group at the date of the change (Applicable Changes).

  • Sky Group (as defined below) operates a successful "Sky" branded business which it has built up over a period of more than 25 years.

  • Without limitation to the foregoing, the Parties acknowledge that, in respect of countries outside Territory A, nothing in this Licence should be construed as preventing Licensor (and other members of the Sky Group) from complying with its and their respective obligations to third parties which Licensor (or members of the Sky Group) have assumed before the date of this Licence and/or to avoid infringement of third party rights outside Territory A.

  • In the absence of any express reference to a Sky Group entity, the contracting party for an Order with you under these Terms and Conditions shall be Sky UK Limited (02906991).

  • We may transfer all or any of our rights and obligations under the Agreement to any Sky Group member or any successor in title to all or part of our business.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Licensor cannot invoke the provisions of this Clause 6(a) in relation any editorial decisions of Licensee concerning any negative story about Licensor or any company within the Sky Group.

  • All references to “Sky”, “we” or “us” in this Sky Group Subscription Agreement shall, unless the context otherwise requires, mean BSkyB.

  • The parties agree that the Supplier is the Data Importer and relevant Sky Group entity is the Data Exporter.

  • In this Sky Group Subscription Agreement Sky Subscribers Services Limited (“SSSL”) is acting as principal for itself and as agent for British Sky Broadcasting Limited (“BSkyB”).
