Skip Bin definition

Skip Bin means a waste bin receptacle commonly used for delivery to parties on a specialist use truck, disposal of materials and refuse in such receptacle and the collection and disposal of the materials in such receptacle at a proper waste disposal facility using the specialist use truck.

Skip Bin means any Skip Bin supplied on hire by 360 to the Client (and where the context so permits shall include any provision of Services are hereinafter defined), as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other work authorisation forms as provided by 360 to the Client.

  • You shall indemnify us from damage caused to truck tyres should you (your representatives, employee, agent or anyone else) instruct our driver, when delivering or collecting the Skip Bin, to drive over objects that may reasonably be considered to have contributed to such damage.

  • Subject to the PPSA and these terms and conditions, legal and equitable title in the Skip Bin (including parts) supplied by us remain vested in us and shall not pass to you at any time.
