Skillsoft means Skillsoft Corp., a Delaware corporation, and, for the period prior to and including June 10, 2021, Churchill Capital Corp II, a Delaware corporation, which changed its name to Skillsoft Corp. on June 11, 2021 in connection with its merger with Software Luxembourg.
Skillsoft or the “Company” means SkillSoft PLC, which was the product of the September 6, 2002 Merger between SmartForce PLC and SkillSoft Corp., its predecessors, successors, subsidiaries and assigns.
Skillsoft means the organisation responsible for the delivery and development of the Course and Materials. “Term” means the term during which the Participant may access the Online Training. “Examination voucher” means a voucher issued to use as payment to sit an exam at an authorised testing centre to obtain official certification.
