Skiller means a User that offers and provides services or identifies as a Skiller through the Platform.

  • Independent Skiller agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of [insert time frame, e.g., one year] following its termination, Independent Skiller shall not directly or indirectly solicit or attempt to solicit any Seekers or users of the Site for any competing Skilling services or engage in any activities that may harm the business or reputation of SkillYah.
