Skilled craftsman definition

Skilled craftsman means a person who has completed training and certification or licensing in a skilled craft or an apprentice occupation as defined by the Louisiana Department of Labor which may include but is not limited to electrician, plumber, pipefitter, welder, millwright, heavy equipment operator, carpenter, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning technician, heavy construction, building construction, or machinist. Such person shall have graduated from the Department of Public Safety and Corrections' inmate rehabilitation and workforce development program, and have been released from incarceration within the preceding twenty-four months from date of employment, and have been employed by the taxpayer for at least six consecutive months in a full-time position.

  • Skilled Journeyperson means a worker who either:

  • Skilled Nursing Facility means an institution or part thereof that is licensed as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the State of Florida, and is accredited as a Skilled Nursing Facility by The Joint Commission or recognized as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the Secretary of Health and Human Services of the United States under Medicare.

  • STSMA means the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act 8 of 2011, as amended and include the Regulations issued under the said act;

  • craft means a vessel or item of floating equipment;

  • Non-Administrator Skilled Nursing Facility means a Skilled Nursing Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with guidelines established by Medicare.
