SKG means the party named as such in this Indenture, and any successor thereto or any other entity that serves as the ultimate parent company of the Issuer.

In addition, as part of the Holding Company Sublicense granted pursuant to Paragraph 2(f), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Entity may grant Holding Company a license to use the Licensed Marks (either alone or with the words “Studios,” “Studio,” “Pictures,” “Films,” or “Television”) as part of Holding Company’s corporate names and trade names, including, without limitation, use of the trade names (but not including the Non-SKG ▇▇▇▇) on stationery, business documents, and business cards.
