  • If one of the parties does not agree with the decision of LAPS SJK, then, the unsatisfied party can file a dispute to Indonesia National Arbitration Agency (BANI) under BANI Rule and Law Number 30 Year 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolutions together with all the amendment thereto.
