Sizzler Restaurant definition
Sizzler Restaurant is any restaurant operated in whole or in part under the "Sizzler" ▇▇▇▇ (including but not limited to Sizzler Steak Seafood, Salad, Sizzler Cafe, Sizzler Express, Sizzler Flame Grill), whether or not in association with other marks, provided that the association with the other marks is not of itself covered by Clause 13(a) of the Franchise Agreement. For the purpose of this provision, a Sizzler Restaurant shall not be "predominantly" involved in the preparation, marketing or sale of a Designated Product so long as gross sales of that Designated Product do not exceed 50% of the gross food sales, excluding beverage sales, of that restaurant.
Sizzler Restaurant means a restaurant utilizing the Marks and the System.

Franchisee acknowledges that this provision does not constitute Sizzler's agreement to accept any payments after the due date or a commitment by Sizzler to extend credit for or otherwise to finance Franchisee's operation of the Sizzler Restaurant.
Use the Premises only for the purpose of operating a Sizzler Restaurant, and not for any other purpose.
Premises: The whole of the Land including the Sizzler Restaurant building and other improvements constructed on the Land.
