Sizzler Multiple definition
Sizzler Multiple means the number obtained by dividing (A) the sum of (1) the number obtained by multiplying (x) the Fair Market Value of a share of Optionor's common stock as of the end of the Relevant Trailing 12-Month Period and (y) the number of shares of Optionor's common stock outstanding as of such date and (2) the Current Debt of Optionor as of such date by (B) EBITDA of Optionor for the Relevant Trailing 12-Month Period.
