Sixth Advance. The sixth installment of the Loan funded by Lender in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000).
Examples of Sixth Advance in a sentence
The first repayment instalment of in respect of the Loan shall be repaid the earlier of (i) on the date falling 3 months after the Drawdown Date of the Sixth Advance and (ii) 29 July 2011 and each subsequent repayment instalment shall be repaid at 3-monthly intervals thereafter and the last repayment instalment, together with the Balloon Instalment, shall be repaid on the date falling on the earlier of (a) the tenth anniversary of the Drawdown Date of the Sixth Advance and (b) the Final Maturity Date.
