  • Sitel Operating Corporation is the sole initial member of the Company and shall be shown as such on the books and records of the Company until one or more other Members are admitted as Members of the Company in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • You acknowledge that the restrictions contained in this Confidentiality, Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation clause, in view of the nature of the business in which Sitel is engaged, are reasonable and necessary in order to protect: (i) the Confidential Information; (ii) Sitel from loss of goodwill and business advantage; and (iii) other legitimate business interests of Sitel.
