Site Representatives definition

Site Representatives has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.10.

Examples of Site Representatives in a sentence

  • Labor shall be represented by all Building Representatives, including AFT 1481 Certificated and Classified Site Representatives (and Alternate Representatives) or any site designees appointed by AFT 1481.

  • The following shall be understood to constitute the duties and responsibilities of Site Representatives.

  • The District recognizes the need and affirms the right of POA to designate Site Representatives from among employees in the unit.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Flexion On Site Representatives shall have (i) no management authority over any Patheon employee and (ii) no authority to conclude contracts on behalf of Flexion.

  • Site Representatives shall have the authority to represent bargaining unit members to the extent required by law or by this Agreement.

  • Except in emergencies (specifically limited to situations involving the health and/or safety of an employee), employees shall contact Chapter offices, Site Representatives, Job Stewards, and/or the Classified Personnel Office during non-work time.

  • Flexion’s Project Manager may be one of the Flexion On Site Representatives.

  • Patheon shall provide reasonable (semi-permanent) on-site accommodations at the Facility for the Flexion On Site Representatives (e.g., office space).

  • It shall be the Association’s responsibility to provide a list of all Site Representatives to the District by September 1st of each year and to provide any update to the list as needed.

  • The Council of Unions shall be provided an appropriate office at the Site to be shared by the Council of Unions’ Site Representative(s).
