SITE PLAN CONTROL AREA definition

SITE PLAN CONTROL AREA means an area of land designated by a Site Plan Control By-Law as a site plan control area pursuant to Section 41 of the Planning Act, as amended from time to time, or any successors thereto.
SITE PLAN CONTROL AREA means an area designated pursuant to Section 41 of the Planning Act; and
SITE PLAN CONTROL AREA means an area within which Site Plan Control applies as established pursuant to subsection 41(2) of the Planning Act.
