Mobilization means establishment of sufficiently adequate infrastructure by the CONTRACTOR at "SITE" comprising of construction equipments, aids, tools tackles including setting of site offices with facilities such as power, water, communication etc. establishing manpower organisation comprising of Resident Engineers, Supervising personnel and an adequate strength of skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled workers, who with the so established infrastructure shall be in a position to commence execution of work at site(s), in accordance with the agreed Time Schedule of Completion of Work. "MOBILISATION" shall be considered to have been achieved, if the CONTRACTOR is able to establish infrastructure as per Time Schedule, where so warranted in accordance with agreed schedule of work implementation to the satisfaction of ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE/ EMPLOYER.
Demobilization means removal of all equipment, machinery, manpower from the site after completion of the services with the due permission of EIC.
Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.
Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.
Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
Stormwater management facility means a control measure that controls stormwater runoff and changes the characteristics of that runoff including, but not limited to, the quantity and quality, the period of release or the velocity of flow.
Stormwater management BMP means an excavation or embankment and related areas designed to retain stormwater runoff. A stormwater management BMP may either be normally dry (that is, a detention basin or infiltration system), retain water in a permanent pool (a retention basin), or be planted mainly with wetland vegetation (most constructed stormwater wetlands).
Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.
Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.
EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.
Stormwater management system means any equipment, plants,
Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.
Pollution control facilities means water and air pollution control equipment and solid waste disposal facilities or any of them.
Stormwater management means the programs to maintain quality and quantity of stormwater runoff to pre-development levels.
Utilization management section means “you or your authorized representative.” Your representative will also receive all notices and benefit determinations.
Stormwater system means constructed and natural features which function together as a system to collect, convey, channel, hold, inhibit, retain, detain, infiltrate, divert, treat, or filter stormwater. “Stormwater system” includes both public and privately owned features.
Air navigation facility means any facility, other than one owned and operated by the United States, used in, available for use in, or designed for use in aid of air navigation, including any structures, mechanisms, lights, beacons, markers, communicating systems, or other instrumentalities or devices used or useful as an aid, or constituting an advantage or convenience to the safe taking off, navigation, and landing of aircraft, or the safe and efficient operation or maintenance of an airport, and any combination of any or all of such facilities.
Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.
Site Visit means a visit to the Site; and
Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.
Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
Crisis stabilization means emergency, psychiatric, and substance abuse services for the resolution of crisis situations and may include placement of an individual in a protective environment, basic supportive care, and medical assessment, and, if needed, referral to an ODMHSAS certified facility having nursing and medical support available.
Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.
