Site License Application definition

Site License Application means an application by Licensee to use a Licensed Site in the form attached as Exhibit 2.
Site License Application means the same as that term is defined in Section 6.2 (Site License Application).
Site License Application is defined in Section 6.2 (Site License Application), and when completed and accepted by the City, becomes the Site License.

Examples of Site License Application in a sentence

  • Licensee has submitted a Site License Application pursuant to the Agreement, and Licensor has reviewed the application and grants approval subject to the terms of this Site License Agreement.

  • At the time of approving the Site License Application, Licensor will advise Licensee whether Licensor is willing to perform Licensor Work identified in the Site License Application.

  • Subject to Section 4.4 below, before installing any new or additional Wireless Installation onto any Structure or utilizing any Infrastructure, Licensee shall apply for a Site License Agreement from Licensor using a Site License Application in the form attached as Exhibit 2.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, any change to the Annual License Fees or Site License Application fees due hereunder shall not be affected by any changes to local ordinances or regulations, if there is state or federal law that governs these fees.

  • Licensor may, on Technical Grounds, deny all or part of a Site License Application, or limit the number and/or technical characteristics (e.g., weight or size) of any Wireless Installation on any Structure or Infrastructure.

  • In the event that Licensor approves Licensee’s Site License Application, then the Parties shall promptly proceed in good faith to sign and deliver a Site License Agreement for the Wireless Installation in the form attached as Exhibit 3 fully consistent with Licensor’s approval of the Site License Application.

  • The City will not be obligated to commence its review for any Site License Application until the City receives the Site License Application Fee for that application.

  • While the City is not obligated to make its Utility Infrastructure available to Licensee, nonetheless, the City shall make a reasonable effort, where the City deems feasible and reasonable to do so, in its sole discretion, to make its Utility Infrastructure available in connection with each proposed License Area and associated Vertical Infrastructure location identified by Licensee in its Site License Application.

Related to Site License Application

  • Biologics License Application or “BLA” means an application requesting permission from the FDA to introduce, or deliver for introduction, a biological product into interstate commerce, or any similar application or submission for marketing authorization of a product filed with a Regulatory Authority to obtain Regulatory Approval for such product in a country or group of countries.

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Drug Approval Application means, with respect to a Licensed Product in the Territory, an application for Regulatory Approval for such product in a country in the Territory. For purposes of clarity, Drug Approval Application shall include, without limitation, (a) an NDA or BLA (for U.S.) or MAA (for Europe); (b) a counterpart of an NDA, BLA or MAA in any country or region in the Territory; and (c) all supplements (including supplemental applications such as sNDAs) and amendments to the foregoing.

  • Regulatory Approval Application means an application to seek regular or expedited Regulatory Approval of the Licensed Product for sale or marketing in any country(ies) or Region(s) in the Territory, as defined in the applicable Laws and filed with the Regulatory Authority of such country(ies) or Region(s).

  • Marketing Approval Application or “MAA” means a New Drug Application (or its equivalent), as defined in the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder, or any corresponding or similar application, registration or certification in any country.

  • Approval Application means a BLA, NDA or similar application or submission for a Product filed with a Regulatory Authority in a country or group of countries to obtain marketing approval for a biological or pharmaceutical product in that country or group of countries.

  • Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means an application to the appropriate Regulatory Authority for approval to sell the Product (but excluding Pricing Approval) in any particular country or regulatory jurisdiction.

  • Land use application means an application required by a municipality's land use

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];

  • Phase I Clinical Study means, as to a particular Licensed Product, an initial clinical study in humans with the purpose of assessing the Licensed Product’s safety, tolerability, toxicity, pharmacokinetics or other pharmacological properties.

  • FDA means the United States Food and Drug Administration.

  • CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including any REO Mortgage Loan) and for any Distribution Date, the amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods.   • ANDA means an Abbreviated New Drug Application filed with the FDA pursuant to its rules and regulations.

  • Initial application means the Application first provided to MFA on or before an Application Deadline to request an allocation of Tax Credits.

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;

  • Phase 4 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Study in any country which is conducted after Regulatory Approval of a product has been obtained from an appropriate Regulatory Authority, consisting of trials conducted voluntarily for enhancing marketing or scientific knowledge of an approved indication and trials conducted due to request or requirement of a Regulatory Authority.
