Site In-charge of the firm shall be accountable to the respective Officer of the executing Department in all matters related to safety of their personnel at work including all activities carried out by them.
The Contractor shall, during the whole time the work is in progress, employ a qualified experienced Site In-charge of the works with adequate experience in handing of jobs of this nature and with the prior approval of the GIPCL / Engineer In-charge.
