Site Documents definition

Site Documents means the depiction of the use area, schematic plans and map showing location of the installation of the Wireless Facility in the Right-of-way, including but not limited to the title report of the use area, vicinity map, site plan, elevations, technical specifications and the cubic feet of the non-antenna wireless equipment.
Site Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 18.3. "Special Meeting" has the meaning set forth in Section 31.6.
Site Documents means the depiction of the use area, schematic plans and map showing location of the installation of the Wireless Facility in the Right-of-way, including but not limited to the title report of the use area, vicinity map, site plan, elevations, latitude, longitude and exact height of the antenna, electrical power and metering specifications, horizontal fiber-optic cable runs within the use area, technical specifications and the cubic feet of the non-antenna wireless equipment. GPS coordinates shall be in WGS1984 format using decimal degrees to eight (8) digits.

  • In the event that the Site Documents prior to the GMP Amendment, Construction Manager shall, on or before submitting its GMP Proposal to Owner, furnish Owner with its proposed Site Utilization Plan for Owner’s approval and incorporation into the Contract Documents.

  • Wireless Provider shall not have power to amend, modify, terminate or otherwise change the Site Documents or create new Site Documents.

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • Operative Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Notes and the Trust Securities.
