Site Designation definition

Site Designation means Children’s Hospital, Correctional Facility, County Health Facility, Public School Facility, and Veteran’s Facility.
Site Designation means, with respect to any Portfolio Site, the designation of such Portfolio Site into one or more of the following categories of Sites: (i) a Lease Site, (ii) a Pre-Lease Site, (iii) a Non-Contributable Site, (iv) an Assignable Site, (v) a Non-Assignable Site, (vi) an Excluded Site, (vii) a Special Zoning Site, (viii) a Casualty Site, (ix) a Taken Site, (x) a Shared Site, (xi) a Non-Compliant Site subject to a Material Site Non-Compliance Issue, (xii) a Non-Compliant Site subject to a Material Site Title Issue and (xiii) an Environmental Site. Sites can have more than one designation, as applicable.
Site Designation means, with respect to any Portfolio Site, the designation of such Portfolio Site into one or more of the following categories of Sites: (i) a Lease Site, (ii) a Pre-Lease Site, (iii) a Non-Contributable Site, (iv) an Assignable Site, (v) a Non-Assignable Site, (vi) a CA/NV Site, (vii) an Excluded Site, (viii) a Special Zoning Site, (ix) a Casualty Site, (x) a Damaged Site, (xi) a Shared Site, (xii) a Non-Compliant Site subject to a Material Site Non-Compliance Issue, (xiii) a Non-Compliant Site subject to a Material Site Title Issue, (xiv) a Portfolio Site that is governed by a Multiple Site Ground Lease, (xv) a Portfolio Site that is subject to Transaction Revenue Sharing Payments or (xvi) a Portfolio Site at which space is occupied by a Tower Subtenant under a Master Collocation Agreement. Sites can have more than one designation (such as a CA/NV Site that is a Non-Assignable Site), as applicable.

Examples of Site Designation in a sentence

  • After making such corrections, Lessee will re-record such Site Designation Supplement to reflect such corrections, if requested by any Party, at the expense of the requesting Party.

  • The costs of recording the Site Designation Supplements shall be paid as set forth in Section 3.8 of the Agreement to Lease and Sublease.

  • The Parties will cooperate with each other to cause changes to be made in the Site Designation Supplement for such Site, if such changes are requested by either Party to evidence any permitted changes in the description of the Sprint Collocation Space respecting such Site, including, without limitation changes in Sprint Collocator's antennas or other parts of its Communications Facility at such Site.

  • The Parties will at Sprint Collocator's sole cost and expense promptly execute such instruments as may be reasonably required to further evidence such Substitution, including without limitation an amendment to Exhibit A or the applicable Site Designation Supplement.

  • The designation of a Site as a Non-Compliant Site at the Initial Closing shall be made by Acquiror in its reasonable discretion acting in good faith, without regard to any Site Designation set forth on the Site List.

  • The designation of a Site as a Taken Site at the Initial Closing shall be made by Acquiror in its reasonable discretion acting in good faith, without regard to any Site Designation set forth on the Site List.

  • The designation of a Site as an Environmental Site at the Initial Closing shall be made by Acquiror in its reasonable discretion acting in good faith, without regard to any Site Designation set forth on the Site List.


More Definitions of Site Designation

Site Designation means, with respect to any Portfolio Site, the designation of such Portfolio Site into one or more of the following categories of Portfolio Sites: (a) an Assignable Site, a Managed Site (a.k.a. a Non-Assignable Site), or an Excluded Site; (b) if a Managed Site, a reference to the specific provision of this Agreement (including the applicable Managed Site Condition(s)) pursuant to which such Portfolio Site has been designated as a Managed Site; and (c) if an Excluded Site, a reference to the specific provision of this Agreement pursuant to which such Portfolio Site has been designated as an Excluded Site. “SLA” means, as to any Sale Site, a site lease agreement, which is a supplement to the SM Ground Space Lease, in substantially the form attached to the SM Ground Space Lease.

For the avoidance of doubt: (A) a Portfolio Site may have more than one designation; and (B) a Portfolio Site that is a Managed Site or a Deferred Site is also an Exception Site.

Related to Site Designation

  • Type designation means a combination of letters and numerals assigned by the Government to a major end item, assembly or subassembly, as appropriate, to provide a convenient means of differentiating between items having the same basic name and to indicate modifications and changes thereto.
