Site Certification definition

Site Certification means the “California Energy Commission Power Facility and Site Certification” set forth in Section 5.01(b).
Site Certification means the process of MOBETIZE examining and assessing the Licensee’s computing environment culminating in a formal determination by MOBETIZE of whether or not the environment complies with the Required Configuration.
Site Certification means (i) the final approval by the applicable Governmental Body of the initial need for power determination and site certification permit applications pursuant to the Florida Electrical Power Plant Siting Act, and (ii) the receipt of the air construction (Prevention of Significant Deterioration) permit by OUC issued by FDEP pursuant to the delegated authority of the United States Environmental Protection Agency under the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1977.
