SITE ACCEPTANCE definition

SITE ACCEPTANCE with respect to a Cell Site, shall mean Triton's Acceptance of the applicable BTS upon successful completion of the acceptance testing of the BTS in accordance with the testing procedures set forth Section 3 of Attachment G or in the relevant Statement of Work, as applicable.
