SISW definition

SISW means Siemens Product Lifecycle Management Software Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of Delaware with its principal office located in Plano, Texas in the United States. SISW retains the right to utilize its affiliated companies in pursuing any of its rights and fulfilling any of its obligations under this Agreement. Therefore, the term “SISW” as used herein may also refer to affiliated companies that are directly or indirectly owned or controlled by the ultimate parent company of Siemens Product Lifecycle Management Software Inc. and who have been authorized by Siemens Product Lifecycle Management Software Inc. to distribute the Software and related services.
SISW means Siemens Industry Software Inc. (successor in interest to Mentor Graphics Corporation) or the Siemens affiliated company that issued the corresponding quotation or, if no quotation was issued, the applicable local Siemens entity. This is a legal agreement concerning support services (as described below) between SISW and the company ordering support services (“Customer”). SISW’s End User License Agreement (XXXX) together with the EDA Software Supplemental Terms or a valid purchase and license agreement which is physically signed by Customer and SISW (in either case “Agreement”) applies to Customer’s use of SISW products, including software and any updates, modifications, revisions, copies, documentation, setup files, and design data (“Software”) and hardware acquired under the Agreement (collectively “Products”). If Customer licensed Embedded Software, use is subject to the End User License Agreement together with the Embedded Software Supplemental Terms (collectively, the “Embedded XXXX”). If Customer orders support services, the following Terms shall also apply, unless the Agreement or the Embedded XXXX contain terms specifically applicable to the support services ordered, in which case the Agreement or the Embedded XXXX shall apply to the extent of any conflict. Support services vary depending on the service plan purchased. Specific support levels, hours of support availability, the number of eligible contacts, any response time options, and any technical support options and guidelines are described in SISW’s current published support documentation, which is subject to change without notice.
SISW means the Siemens entities named in the Order.

Examples of SISW in a sentence

  • SISW may require a separate written agreement as a condition to such consent.

  • Customer will provide SISW with sufficient information, including the host identifier for each workstation or server upon which the license management portion of Software will be installed, for SISW to generate a license file enabling Software access per the scope of the licenses granted under each Order.

  • However, this Agreement and the licenses granted hereunder may not be assigned, sublicensed, or otherwise transferred (by operation of law or otherwise) by Customer without the prior written consent of SISW.

  • SISW has no obligations or liability for software developed by Customer using the APIs. Customer is prohibited from using unpublished APIs under any circumstances.

  • Separate installations must be maintained for SISW software licensed with different Territory specifications.

  • If Third-Party Terms require SISW to furnish Third-Party Technology in source code form, SISW will provide it upon written request and payment of any shipping charges.

  • SISW reserves all rights in the Software not explicitly granted herein.

  • SISW and its agents will comply with reasonable security regulations while on Customer’s premises.

  • SISW MAKES NO WARRANTIES EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTIES PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT.

  • SISW may, during regular business hours and upon reasonable advance notice, conduct an audit of Customer’s compliance with this Agreement.

  • HUC 14 or "hydrologic unit code 14" means an area within which water drains to a particular receiving surface water body, also known as a subwatershed, which is identified by a 14-digit hydrologic unit boundary designation, delineated within New Jersey by the United States Geological Survey.

  • Portland cement means a hydraulic cement produced by pulverizing clinker consisting essentially of hydraulic calcium silicates, usually containing one or more of the forms of calcium sulfate as an interground addition.

  • Street or “highway” means the entire width between property lines of every way or place of whatever nature when any part thereof is open to the use of the public, as a matter of right, for purposes of vehicular traffic.

  • Criminal street gang means any ongoing organization,
