SI’s Team definition

SI’s Team means SI who has to provide goods & services to the Authority under the scope of this Contract. This definition shall also include any and/or all of the employees of SI, authorized service providers/ partners and representatives or other personnel employed or engaged either directly or indirectly by SI for the purposes of this Contract.

Examples of SI’s Team in a sentence

  • SI shall ensure that the services are performed through the efforts of SI’s Team, in accordance with the terms hereof and to the satisfaction of the Authority.

  • SI shall keep the Authority indemnified against all costs, expenses and liabilities howsoever, arising out any illegal or unauthorized use (piracy) or in connection with any claim or proceedings relating to any breach or violation of any permission/license terms or infringement of any Intellectual Property Rights by SI or SI’s Team during the course of performance of the Services.

  • SI shall disclose to the Purchaser in writing, all actual and potential conflicts of interest that exist, arise or may arise (either for SI or SI’s Team) in the course of performing the Services as soon as practical after it becomes aware of that conflict.

  • The doctor’s certification must contain a general diagnosis of the employee’s injury or illness and the prognosis for expected return to work.

  • SI shall bear all personnel taxes levied or imposed on its personnel, or any other member of SI’s Team, etc.

Related to SI’s Team

  • IEP team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.

  • Management Team means ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇’▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇. and ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.

  • Development Team means and includes the Applicant, Owner, Developer, General Partner, Qualified Management Company, and HC Consultant identified as such in the Application.
