SIRE Inspection definition
SIRE Inspection means an inspection undertaken under the OCIMF Ship Inspection Report Program.

After the Vessel is delivered, Owner shall arrange for a SIRE Inspection to be carried out at intervals of six (6) months plus or minus thirty (30) days, with Owner to bear the cost of such inspections.
If the Participant complies with its obligation to arrange a First Opportunity SIRE Inspection, there shall be a grace period until twenty one (21) days after the date of the First Opportunity SIRE Inspection before the Company can exercise its discretion to deduct Pool Earning Points in accordance with this clause 17.
