SIRD definition

SIRD means State Institute for Rural Development, an autonomous body established and operating under the auspices of the Government of the Project State.
SIRD means the State Institute of Rural Development, which is the apex training institute of the RDD, and is responsible for undertaking various training and research activities pertaining to local self-governance and rural development.
