SIR Properties definition

SIR Properties all Properties and Related Assets owned by the SIR Group as of the Effective Date.
SIR Properties means each real property, or interest therein, owned, or leased (including ground leased) as lessee or sublessee, by SIR or any SIR Subsidiary as of the date of this Agreement (including all of SIR’s or any SIR Subsidiary’s right, title and interest in and to buildings, structures and other improvements and fixtures located on or under such real property and all easements, rights and other appurtenances to such real property).
