Sinking Fund Schedule definition

Sinking Fund Schedule means a schedule of principal amounts of Bonds to mature or be subject to redemption through the application of Sinking Fund Payments on the specified dates and/or a schedule of principal amounts of Bonds maturing as serial Bonds.
Sinking Fund Schedule means the mandatory sinking fund schedule, to be attached as Schedule 3 of the Loan Agreement, prepared by the Controlling Person and providing for level debt service in respect of the Bonds Outstanding on the basis of a 480-month amortization schedule commencing on the Stabilization Date (without extension) together with any replacement schedule following a partial redemption pursuant to Section 3.4(e).
Sinking Fund Schedule means, with respect to any Sinking Fund Account, the schedule of Sinking Fund Required Balances set forth in the related Series Supplement.

  • If the Expected Sinking Fund Schedule is revised, the Servicer shall send a copy of such revised Expected Sinking Fund Schedule to the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee, the Commission and the Rating Agencies promptly thereafter.
