Sinking Fund Redemption Price when used with respect to a particular series of Securities for which a sinking fund has been established shall mean the price set forth in a Board Resolution or in an indenture supplemental hereto at which the Corporation is required to redeem Securities of that series on each Sinking Fund Redemption Date established for that series.
