Sinking Fund Amount has the meaning assigned to it in Appendix A to the MSA. “Special Record Date” means a special date fixed to determine the names and addresses of Owners of the Series 2014 Bonds for purposes of paying defaulted interest on the Series 2014 Bonds in accordance with Section 3.02 of the Indenture.
