Single User Building definition

Single User Building means a Building occupied by Tenant and no other tenants and does not include vacant space that could be marketed for lease to other tenants. The Buildings are further described as follows:

Examples of Single User Building in a sentence

  • Single User Building Lease (footer dated 10/15/91) between The ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group Company, as Tenant and A&B Properties, Inc., as Landlord, as amended.

  • With respect to any of Tenant’s Work which is to be performed in a Single User Building during hours other than the Business Hours, Tenant will provide reasonable advance notice to Landlord.

  • Other than Major Replacement Expenditures, Tenant will pay the cost for any elevators located in a Single User Building, including the cost of maintenance, repair and replacement of the equipment, ducting and other connections providing the same, subject to Sections 5.7 and 5.8.

  • Other than Major Replacement Expenditures, Tenant will pay the cost for all HVAC service provided to a Single User Building, including the cost of maintenance, repair and replacement of the equipment, ducting and other connections providing the same, subject to Sections 5.7 and 5.8.

  • In connection with its obligations under Sections 5.5 and 5.6, Tenant will enter into and keep in place preventative maintenance contracts on such equipment as is reasonably prudent under the circumstances, including, without limitation, the HVAC and elevator equipment serving each Single User Building (each, a “Preventative Maintenance Contract”).

  • Tenant may begin performing Roof Work after the last Start Date for the Additional 1801 Space (as provided in the First Amendment) and use commercially reasonable efforts to complete Roof Work on or before Tenant’s occupancy of the applicable Single User Building.
