Single Transmission definition

Single Transmission means a Transmission including the simultaneous transmission of a Programme by a broadcaster on any platform within the UK and any transmission on a delayed service (being a service which is identical or substantially similar to that of the original broadcaster, but which is broadcast, transmitted or otherwise made available with a delay of a defined period, not exceeding 3 hours, as against the original service)

Examples of Single Transmission in a sentence

  • The Single Transmission Fee will be an amount equal to 60% of the Two Transmissions Fee.
