Single Storey Residential House definition
Single Storey Residential House means a residential dwelling (and all accessory buildings) restricted to and consisting of a single storey building(s) of no more than 6.1 metres above the ground level of the Lot at its highest point immediately prior to commencement of preparation of Works.
