Single-room occupancy unit definition
Single-room occupancy unit means living or efficiency quarters, as defined by California Health and Safety Code Section 17958.1, intended or designed to be used as a residence by not more than two persons and having either individual or shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. (Ord. 2040 § 15, 2014)
Single-room occupancy unit means a room that is used, intended or designed to be used by no more than two persons as a primary residence, but which lacks either or both a self- contained kitchen or bathroom.
