Single Purpose Entity (SPE) definition

Single Purpose Entity (SPE) means a separate entity formed for the purchase of each Property. The Company will provide capital to the SPE for the purposes of purchasing Properties for renovation, operation, and resale. Each SPE will be wholly owned by the Company or co-owned as part of a co-investment strategy with Joint Venture Partner(s), which may include affiliated and nonaffiliated entities.
